Terms of Service

Last updated April 2026

By using Bex, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be 13 or older to use Bex. By creating an account you confirm that you are.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the inventory data, photos, and other content you create in Bex ("Your Content"). By using the service you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate the app (including syncing across your devices and sharing with household members you invite).

You're responsible for Your Content. Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates the privacy of others.

Acceptable Use

Don't:

AI Features

Bex's AI features (item identification, descriptions) generate suggestions, not facts. They may be inaccurate. Verify anything important before acting on it. AI processing uses third-party providers (currently Anthropic) subject to their own terms.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep Bex reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause, modify, or end features at any time. If we end the service entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Disclaimers

Bex is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Bex. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free account, is $0).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bex after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unbusy Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
